Characteristic
1. Mixing effect: for dry bulk solid or solid-liquid mixture, the mixing process is fast, large capacity and complete, without segregation, and the mixing process is fast and uniform. Even if the material proportion and particle size are quite different, the mixing effect can be achieved under the rapid and violent tossing and sprinkling of the mixing blade arranged by the cross anchor.
2. Diversified driving modes: single chain drive, gear drive and two-way drive can be selected as required.
3. Crushing device: when the materials are lumped, the crushing device can be increased. The "crushing rod" with triangular tooth cover can maintain a high speed of more than 1400rpm and break through the shear force generated by its high-speed operation; the soft or agglomerated materials will be crushed and depolymerized in the weightlessness area of the materials.
4. Discharging form: generally, the discharging form is pneumatic (manual) flap valve, the arc valve is tightly embedded in the cylinder, flush with the inner wall of the cylinder, and there is no material accumulation and mixing dead angle phenomenon; the standard type has large opening and small opening, large opening to the side of the cylinder, quick discharging, clean and quick, and less residue.
5. Two blade: in order to reduce the replacement cost of vulnerable parts of the equipment, the blade can be made into two blades, and a movable blade can be padded on the blade base to directly replace the worn blade, which is economical and quick.
6. Clearance between blade and cylinder: the clearance between blade and cylinder wall directly affects the mixing effect and material residue in the body after discharging. The clearance between blade and cylinder of our company is controlled within 3-5mm.
7. Jacket and spray device: users can choose jacket and spray device according to process requirements, so as to heat and cool materials or spray appropriate amount of liquid into materials.
