RINCIPLE PRINCIPLE
Place the unit near the dust collection point, connect the corresponding air duct and dust collection hood with the dust collector, plug in the power supply, turn on the fan, the dusty air enters from the upper part of the box through the air duct, and flows to the lower middle box. Due to the sudden expansion of the box section, the air flow rate suddenly decreases, and the large particles separate and settle from the dusty air to the ash collection drawer under the action of their own weight, which is finer. The powder is trapped on the outer surface of the filter element when it passes through the filter cartridge with the air flow, and then it is blown by compressed air and falls into the ash hopper. The purified air is discharged from the fan through the outlet. The purified air can be directly discharged into the room for recycling, without ventilation capacity and cold and heat loss. The equipment adopts pulse ash cleaning, and the user needs to provide air source.
