RINCIPLE PRINCIPLE
Principle of straw drum: the flue gas is used as the drying heat source medium, and the wet orange pole is sent to the screw feeder by the conveyor elevator and enters the drum drying host machine. The downstream drying process is adopted. The wet orange pole contacts with the hot air and carries out heat exchange. With the rotation of the drum dryer, the dried orange pole is folded and pushed forward along the inner wall of the drying chamber under the action of the plate and air flow in the drum. After years of practical experience and continuous improvement of our company, there are three sets of drum dryer. The orange pole stays in the dryer for more time, saving energy and reducing the floor area.
Two big rollers are designed for the drum dryer, four small roller supports are set at the lower part, and a motor is set at each end to drive a small roller. With the rotation of the small roller, the drum dryer also rotates.
The dried orange stem is discharged out of the drying chamber along with the air flow, and the mud and stone entrained in the orange stem are removed through the air flow to the stone tools. At the same time, through the cyclone separator for gas-solid separation, the finished orange straw enters the packaging process with the fan closed, and the hot and humid waste gas is discharged by the induced draft fan.
